Tyser Michael Shilling

Tyser Michael Shilling, 23, of Waterford, Ohio, died on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. He was born on January 27, 1995, in Marietta, son of Mike Shilling and Serina Johns Shilling. He graduated from Fort Frye High School in 2013 and was employed as a welder at Hi-Vac in Marietta. He was an avid golfer, loved music and had many good friends. He had also played football while at Fort Frye High School.

He is survived by his mother, Serina Shilling of Beverly; his father, Mike Shilling of Waterford; a brother, Todd Burer of Lowell; sister, Nicky Shilling of Cleveland; Grandparents, Kathy Ross and husband Howard of Beverly, Allen Johns of Arizona and Wayne and Martha Shilling of Whipple; two nieces, Serenity Weigand and Fallyn Burer; two nephews, Lane Johns and Luke Johns; two uncles, AJ Johns and Rick Shilling (Geri); three aunts, PJ Leglightner, Penny Cochran and Crystal Long (Scott).

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly with Pastor Karl Kesselring officiating. Burial will be in the Waterford Cemetery. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Monday. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to McCurdy Funeral Home, PO Box 278, Beverly, Ohio 45715 to help with funeral expenses.
