Teddy F. Deming

     Teddy F. Deming, 76, of Waterford, Ohio, died on November 2, 2023 at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa Florida. He was born on June 9, 1947 in Marietta, Ohio, son of Lester and Marjorie Kidd Deming. Ted graduated from Waterford high School in1966 and served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from Amp Ohio as a boiler operator, was an auctioneer and raised walker coon dogs and had been a fisherman his whole life. In his later years he split his time between Ohio and Florida, enjoyed riding Can Am motorcycles and traveling with his wife on road trips and cruises. He was married on August 26, 2014 to Brenda Pugh Deming who survives. He is also survived by a son, Patrick (Margot) Deming; daughter, Diane (Dale) Sinclair; along with stepdaughters, Michaelyn Boone and Chelsea (Joe) Miller; five grandchildren, Monica Wimer, Trevor Deming, Katie (Zack) Howard, Rachel (Adam) Kasler and Laura (Brodey) Lehman; five great-grandchildren, Addilyn, Gracie, Toby, Cora and Marcellus; and a sister, Marie Reed. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Lyle Deming.

     Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 10, 2023 at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly with Steve Wainwright officiating. Burial will be in the Barlow Cemetery with Military Services at the grave.
