Rodney O. Pugh

     Rodney O. Pugh, 65, of Stockport, Ohio, died on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at his home. He was born  on  December 14, 1958 in Washington County, Ohio, son of Glen and Macel Hammock Pugh. Rodney graduated from Waterford High School in 1977 and had worked for AEP Muskingum River Plant, retiring after 42 years of service. He had been a bench rest shooter for many years and he loved his four Yorkies, Benny, Benji, Ellie and Maisie.  On February 12, 2019 he was married to Jaunita Bosner Pugh, who survives. He is also survived by three children, Joshua Pugh, Jericho Pugh and Janelle Pugh all of Beverly; two sisters, Pam Smith and husband Jay of Beverly and Jackie Hendershot and husband John of Waterford; and his former wife, Jill Pugh and husband Dan Pennock of Beverly. He was preceded in death by his parents.

     Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 1:00 pm at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly. Burial will be in the Dale Cemetery. Friends may call 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.mccurdyfh.com.
