Randy A. Dailey

     Randy A. Dailey, 53, of Waterford, Ohio, died on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at his home. He was born on February 9, 1966 in Marietta, Ohio, son of Larry L. Dailey and Rosalie Jean Young Ellis. Randy graduated from Waterford High School and had been employed at Superior Hardwoods for 35 years. In his younger days Randy was an Eagle Scout. He enjoyed taking life slowly on backroads and spoiling his grandbabies. He never met a stranger and always had a story to tell and you could always count on Randy to lend a helping hand. On June 27, 2015 he was married to Beverly Casto Dailey who survives. Also surviving are five step children, Lori Arnett (Randy), Heather Beckett, Jessica Gossett, Jennifer Gossett and Crissy Brewer (Tyson); He was Grandy to Amber Gossett Bailey, Aidyn Gossett Wright, Astashia Gossett, Faith Ward, Bryleigh Brewer and Makin Brewer; a sister, Bonnie Dailey (Jeff Eddy); two brothers, Robert Dailey (Marlene) and Michael Dailey (Ashley); nine nieces and nephews; his stepfather, Roy Ellis and a step brother, David Ellis (Pam). He was preceded in death by his parents.

     Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly with Pastor Rob Tuttle officiating. Burial will be in the Waterford Cemetery. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Friday. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.mccurdyfh.com.
