Pamela E. Makris

     Pamela E. Makris, 71, of Beverly, Ohio, died on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 23, 1954 in Bellaire, Ohio, daughter of Donald A. and Betty Louise Biery Edge. Pam graduated from Bridgeport High School and had most recently worked at Warren’s IGA in Marietta. She was married on April 7, 1973 to Andrew Makris who survives. She is also survived by two sons, Andrew Makris Jr. and his wife Carrie of Wisconsin and Joseph Makris of Groveport, Ohio; six grandchildren, Ethan, Avery, Silas, Max, Sam and Sophie; a brother, Donald Edge of Wheeling, WV and a sister, Debbie Doty of Florida. Pam was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Linda Brandon.

     There will be no services at this time. McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly handled the arrangements.
