Mercedes Ann Self

Mercedes Ann Banks Orr Self, 90, of Beverly, Ohio, died on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at her home. She was born on October 18, 1927 in Indiana, Pa., daughter of Theodore and Margaret Buggy Banks. She is survived by five children, Dick Orr and wife Janice of College Station, Texas, Betty Ann Bailey and husband Jim of Weston, WV, Jerry Self and wife Sandra of Beverly, Debbie Cline and husband Rick of Lowell and Tanja Brooks and husband David of Waterford; She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Self; five children, Jonnie Self, Bill Self, Michele Crooks Self, Kevin Self and Robert Thomas Orr; and one brother and two sisters.

There will be no services. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Lowell at a later date. Donations may be made to Marietta Home Health and Hospice, 450 Pike St. Suite 1, Marietta, Ohio 45750.
