Marilyn K. Clark, 85, of Beverly, Ohio, died on Friday, March 7, 2025 at Waterview Pointe in Marietta, Ohio. She was born on June 16, 1939 in Coal Run, Ohio, daughter of Donald Frank Willson and Florence Schwartz Willson. She graduated from Beverly High School in 1957 and had worked at Dr. Whitacre’s office in Beverly for 42 years. Marilyn was a longtime member of the Beverly Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir for many years and she enjoyed cooking and having family and friends come to her house for visits and get togethers. On October 5, 1958 she was married to Richard G. Clark who died on September 19, 2020. She is survived by a son, Dr. Richard D. Clark and his wife Krystal of Pickerington, Ohio; a daughter, Cathy Borich and husband Mark of Beverly; three grandchildren, Michael Clark of New York, Brooke Borich of Nashville, Tenn. and Morgan Borich of Beverly; and a brother in law, Jim Clark and his wife Marlene of Greenwood, Indiana. Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and a sister, Donaldeen Payne and her husband Johnny. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 10, 2025 at the Beverly Presbyterian Church in Beverly with Pastor Beverly Pottmeyer officiating. Burial will be in the Beverly Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm at the church on Monday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Beverly Presbyterian Church or Appletree Assisted Living.
