Marcella Jean Frye

     Marcella J. Frye, 81, of McConnelsville, Ohio, died on Friday, August 19, 2022 at Riverside Landing Nursing and Rehabilitation in McConnelsville. Marcella was born on May 13, 1941 in Morgan County, Ohio, daughter of Ray Everett Frye and Alberta Moss Frye. Marcella was a resident of Riverside Landing for several years and also had worked at the Mary Hammond Workshop for several years. She came from a family of seven children and was closest to her sisters, Ellen Frye and Garnet Frye who are both deceased. She is survived by a friend and caregiver Kathy Mayle. A graveside funeral service will be held at the Oakland Cemetery near Stockport, Ohio at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 23, 2022.
