Kevin C Miller

     Kevin C. Miller, 69, of Parkersburg, WV, formerly of Waterford, died on Monday, December 18, 2023 at the Willow Center in Parkersburg. He was born on October 5, 1954 in Marietta, Ohio, son of Damon and Arelda Carpenter Miller. He graduated from Waterford High School and Diesel Mechanic School in Indianapolis, Indiana and had been a diesel mechanic for Waste Management Company for several years. He is survived by three children, Hollie Miller (Sean Shank) of Vincent, Kevin Stalder (Samantha) of Barnesville, Ohio and Katlyn Tennant of Marietta; five grandchildren; a sister, Janine Miller (Jim Hartline) of Marietta; two brothers, Marshall Miller and Mitchell Miller of Waterford; sister’s in law, Carolyn Schilling Miller and Teresa Turner Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Dave, Jeff and Doug Miller; and three infant sisters.
