Isabel Lou Teubert, 91, of Marietta, Ohio, went to be with her precious Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, September 13, 2024 at her home. She was born on April 17, 1933 in Clearco, West Virginia, daughter of James Alonzo Cline and Constance Steele Cline. Isabel graduated from Ansted high School in Ansted, WV and was retired as an LPN charge nurse from the Washington County Home. She was a member of the Marietta Baptist Temple and taught Sunday school for many years, sang in the church choir and housed missionaries at her home. She enjoyed reading, sewing and was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmommy. She was married on October 25, 1952 to Joseph Edward Teubert who died on May 7, 2023. She is survived by three children, Bonny Chandler of Beverly, Don Teubert and wife Janet of Marietta and Jenny Rummer and husband Douglas of Waterford; thirteen grandchildren, Jason Shepherd (Jennifer), Bryan Shepherd (Jessica), Cheryl Cram (Jay), Anne Gilliland (Jerry), Carey McGraw (Phil), Jon Townsend (Jesse), Marc Townsend, Lee Teubert (Morgan), Logan Teubert (Carissa), Grace Mason (Ryan), Matthew Rummer (Savannah), Jared Rummer and Rachel Metz (Daniel); several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; two sisters, Opal Burns of Cape Coral, Florida and Naomi Neal of Twinsburg, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; a daughter, Caroline Faith Shepherd; and two brothers, Vernon Cline and Daniel Cline.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, September 16, 2024 at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly with Pastor Don Teubert officiating. Burial will be in the Beverly Cemetery.
