Gary A. McCutcheon Sr.

     Gary Allen McCutcheon Sr., 70, of Watertown, Ohio, passed away in his sleep on Thursday, January 7, 2021. He was born in Waterford, Ohio on July 17, 1950 to Roy and Bessie Johnson McCutcheon. On September 7, 1968 he married Dianna Faye Varvel in Xenia, Ohio. He is survived by his wife; a son, Gary (Loretta) McCutcheon Jr. of Stockport; daughters, Brenda (Andrew) Jones of Duluth, Georgia and Lisa (Jason) Waggoner of Marietta; grandchildren, Ceira (Nic Guy) Rumas, Amy (Braxton) Arnold, Katie Jones and Kaitlyn, Noah and Maddox Waggoner; great grandchildren, Madelyn and Gemma Arnold.; two sisters, Connie (Paul) Arnold and Garnetta Smith; five brothers, Larry (Carolyn) McCutcheon, Ronald (Marsha) McCutcheon, Robert McCutcheon, Jeffrey (Carolyn) McCutcheon Sr. all of Waterford and Steve McCutcheon of Lowell; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister and brother-law, Ruth Ann and James Drayer; brother and sister in-law, LeRoy and Loretta McCutcheon; brother, Rick McCutcheon; sister in-law, Sandy McCutcheon and a nephew Andy McCutcheon.

     Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, January 11, 2021 at the Waterford Cemetery with Pastors Stan Wells and Rodney Lord officiating. A private family visitation will be held at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly prior to the graveside service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
