Floyd S. Nibert

Floyd S. Nibert, 60, of Waterford, Ohio, died on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at his home. He was born on December 31, 1962 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of Myron “Mike” and Mary Ann Clonch Nibert. He had attended North Gallia High School in Gallipolis and had owned and operated Nibert Insulation for twenty three years. He was a member of the Fifth Street Church of Christ in Beverly. Floyd loved pulling tractors and he had many of them which he pulled for many years. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren and will be missed by all of them. He was married on January 2, 1983 to Kathy Branham Nibert, who survives. Also surviving are two children, Tyler Nibert and wife Alysa of Waterford and Jesse Townsend and husband Jon of Waterford; Eight grandchildren, Landon, Blake, Calvin, Braylyn, Cody (Adrianna), Cooper, Cole and Chloee; his father, Myron Mike Nibert of Waterford; a brother, Keith Nibert of Beverly ; and a sister, Trish Long and husband Donnie of Beverly. He was preceded in death by his mother.

     Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the Fifth Street Church of Christ in Beverly with Evangelist Zack Waite and Rick Snyder officiating. Burial will be in Smith Chapel Cemetery near Hackney. Friends may call 6-8 pm on Friday at the Fifth Street Church of Christ.
