Eula B. Ashton, formerly of Beverly, passed away on September 4th, 2024 at the Country Club Rehab Center in Warrensburg MO. She was born on July 7th, 1930, in Morgan county Ohio, daughter of Guy and Lavella Quigley Morrison. Eula was a homemaker and the owner of Ashton’s Dairy Haven in Beverly Ohio. She was a member of the Neelysville Church of Christ.
On January 4, 1948, she married her husband Henry W. Ashton who passed away on June 25, 2002.
She is survived by her son, Robert Ashton and his wife Martha of Winter Haven, Fl; son in law, Larry Clear of Knob Noster, Mo; four Grandchildren, David Clear and wife Denise Clear, Sheri Jungenberg and husband Vincent, Dianna Clear and Nick Clear; Step grandson, step granddaughter, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; son Dana Ray Ashton; parents; brother, Ray Morrison; sisters Shirley Lewis Dobbins and Lavona June Lawrence, step granddaughter Jennifer Knudsen Gore; and most recently her daughter, Judy Clear who passed away four days after her mother Eula.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly and one hour before the service at the church. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 13, 2024 at the Neelysville Church of Christ with Evangelist Jeff Shaner officiating. Burial will follow at Crossroads Cemetery near Hackney.
