Dean Harper Bloxham, 65, of Waterford, Ohio, died on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born on December 12, 1953 in Bethesda, Maryland, son of William R. and Lorene J. Harper Bloxham. Dean graduated from Waterford High School in 1972. He was employed at the American Legion Auxiliary in Zanesville as Buckeye Girls State Coordinator. He was married in 1985 to Lyvonna Diane Morris Bloxham who died on August 11, 2016. He is survived by a son, Daniel Bloxham of Waterford; a sister, Marjorie Gannett and husband Raymond of Waterford; two nieces, Terri Staschke and husband Mark and Jennifer Landes and husband Mark. He was preceded in death by his wife and his parents.
