Dana R. Holland

     Dana R. Holland, 76, of Beverly, Ohio, died on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at his home. He was born on May 3, 1944 in Stockport, Ohio, son of Smith and Chlorus Keffer Holland. He graduated from Windsor High School in Stockport, Ohio in 1962 and served in the United States Army and had been a truck driver for Smith Concrete for 32 years. Dana loved the outdoors especially golfing, hunting and fishing. He attended the Smith Chapel United Methodist Church.                

     He was married on April 13, 1974 to Ruth A. Allen who survives. Also surviving is a son, Joshua Holland of Beverly and a daughter, Jennifer Holland of Waterford; three grandchildren, Logan Pugh, Isabel Holland and Arya Holland; a sister, Janet Antill of Marietta and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Donald Holland and Jerle Holland.           

     Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 26, 2021 at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly with Pastor Joel Weekly officiating with Military Services to follow.  Friends may call 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Friday.
