Arthur Hart Jr.

Arthur Hart Jr. of Fleming, Ohio, died Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at his home. He was born on June 1, 1933 in Washington County, Ohio, son of Arthur J. and Florence Ludwig Hart. He had been self- employed in the timber business for many years. He was married to Margaret L. Delong Hart for 57 years. She died April 1, 2014. He is survived by four children, Roger Hart, Tony Hart and wife Jean, Amos “Sam” Hart and Charlene Hart all of Fleming. Three grandchildren, Tony Hart Schultheise, Samantha Hart White and Jonathan Allan Hart; seven great grandchildren; one brother, Hubert Hart of McConnelsville; four sisters, Norma Johnson and husband Howard of Marietta, Linda Swain and husband Terry of Barlow, Blinda Funk and husband Denny of Cutler and Bonnie Bonar of Belpre; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, a son, Danny Hart; and a brother, William Hart.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly with Pastor Karl Kesselring officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Lowell.
