Wanda Sue Nelson

Wanda Sue Nelson, 76, of McConnelsville, Ohio, died on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born on March 5, 1941 in Caldwell, Ohio, daughter of Irvin Woodrow and Verna Lucille Miracle Foraker. Wanda had been involved in the Oil and Gas leasing business for several years. On June 9, 1956 she married John Galen Nelson who died on April 10, 2015. She is survived by four children, Thomas Nelson (Mandy) of Granville, Ohio, Jeff Nelson (Keren) of Roseville, Ohio, Bill Nelson (Meredith) of Mooresville, NC and Susie Arnold of Columbus, Ohio; Six grandchildren, Jacob Montgomery (Andrea), Ben Nelson, Myranda Nelson (Tim), John T. Nelson, Andy Arnold (Kate) and Wes Arnold; four great-grandchildren, Cole Benjamin, Madison Kate Lynn, Sidney Rose and Tyler Cole. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and two sisters, Donna Lou Allen and Linda Kay Blaker.
