To Virginia, Mike, Teresa, Norm and extended family. I could describe all the ways that Ted was a perfect neighbor for all those years, but you already know that. Just the same, I have to mention what a help he was. Ted helped my dad keep an old Wheel Horse lawn tractor going long after most people would have given up on it. No one was more relieved than Ted when dad got a new one! We are sure going to miss him.
